Shipping policy

We currently deliver our products exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. All orders are shipped from the UAE, either by our in-house team or through a trusted third-party courier service.

Domestic delivery within UAE cities typically occurs within 1–3 business days, and shipping availability will be clearly indicated at checkout, depending on the selected Emirate. To help avoid any delays, please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with up-to-date contact information.

International shipping is available to select countries and typically takes within 7-10 business days. International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Deliveries must be scheduled by you, the customer, in accordance with the available options shown at the time of placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery location during the agreed time frame to accept the order.
Given the delicate nature of our products, it is essential that they are received immediately upon delivery and handled with care. Please follow all handling and storage instructions as outlined on our website or provided at the time of purchase. Failure to do so may result in product damage, for which FENIU GLOBAL cannot be held liable.

A signature is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for goods signed for by any individual other than the intended recipient at the shipping address provided.

Please note:
• FENIU GLOBAL is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied during checkout.
• We do not accept responsibility for any damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery via WhatsApp or email at [email protected]. Additionally, any discrepancies must be noted on the Proof of Delivery document and signed before being returned to the delivery personnel.
